Hi Patrick,
Thanks again for all your help in finding Kirst and I's home. We appreciate your patience as we figured out what we could afford, the neighborhood we wanted to live in, and the kind of house that made sense for us to buy. Even though we have owned a couple condo's in the past, they had both been family deals and we have never actually gone through the experience of looking for a property.
